Return Policy

Our customer service team is here to provide you with a great sales experience.

In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us via email at canadacustomerservice@drivemedical.com, thru our contact page or phone (800) 371-2266 and provide your invoice number. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must have an RMA number.

Below you will find our terms and conditions for related returns:

Returns within 30 Days

  • If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item) we will issue a full credit or replacement and provide free return shipping
  • AMG Medical must be advised of a shipment error within 2 days of receipt, after which the order will be considered to have been received complete
  • A return shipping label containing the RMA will be emailed to you and must be applied to the returning package
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and be in suitable condition for resale
  • Any credits are issued through Paypal and refunded to your account. An email confirmation will be sent
  • Please allow 10-14 business days to process the return

Returns within the Warranty Period

  • AMG Medical reserves the right to choose between repairing, replacing or crediting any item that is returned during its warranty period
  • Return shipping charges are paid by the sender
  • A 25% restocking fee is applicable
  • AMG Medical reserves the right to not accept returns on hygienic items, if the product has been opened or used. Hygienic items are products which come in contact with the perineum area, used in the ears, nose or mouth, or products that come in contact with bodily secretions

Claims

AMG Medical does not assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Any such loss or damage should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours and any compensation should be obtained from the same.
